Randy Brimhall

Randy Brimhall received his doctorate degree from a top medical and science university in Downers Grove, IL. While completing his doctoral studies at Midwestern University he found a love for outpatient physical therapy where he was able to bridge his love for sports and his fitness background with excellent manual therapy skills in dry needling, spinal manipulation, as well as a specialty in vestibular rehab. He has spent his career working in sports rehab working part time with the Milwaukee Brewers and in Outpatient Orthopedic Care. He enjoys spending time on the weekends with his wife and their 3 children.


Stanton Urling

Owner
Stanton Urling completed a Bachelor of Science in Human and Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arizona's own A.T. Still University. His specialties and interests within the profession include orthopedic, manual therapy techniques and vestibular rehab. Outside of work Stanton loves spending time with his family, serving the community, playing racquetball, and enjoying the outdoors.


Blake Scoresby

Blake has been involved in the physical therapy community since he sustained a wrestling injury while in high school. Since that time, he has worked in multiple physical therapy clinics with a specific interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. He received a degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. He is also a nationally certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is an Arizona native and has lived in the valley for all but 5 years of his life. Blake loves endurance events, such as marathons and triathlons, because they allow him to push himself to his limits and race against the clock. He believes that family is the most important thing in life and spends the majority of his spare time with his wife and 2 daughters.


Tyler Miskin

Tyler has always had an interest in exercise and how the body works, He graduated from ASU with a Bachelor's degree in exercises health and wellness and his Doctorate from A.T. Still University. Since graduating he has found an interest in outpatient orthopedic care and enjoys the variety of patients and different cases that come into the clinic, He also recently became certified in dry needling. When not at work Tyler enjoys traveling and hiking with his wife and baby daughter.


Chad Hadley

Originally from Seattle, WA, Chad graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in International Relations. He would then return to school several years later to achieve a long time goal of being a physical therapist. Chad graduated from Western University of Health Sciences of southern California with a Doctorate in Physical therapy. He has worked in sports medicine as well as outpatient orthopedic settings. He is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and has taken several specialized courses in treatment of the shoulder. Chad has also been able to use his knowledge of the body and its as he teaches Anatomy and Physiology and Chandler-Gilbert Community College. Chad likes like walks on the beach and candle lit dinners. He is supported by an amazing wife and 4 kids that keep him busy with sports locally in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley.


Ian Stover

East Mesa Clinic Director
Ian received his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at ASU, before receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at NAU - Phoenix, and has continued his education with specialty training in dry needling and manual techniques. Ian first found his interest in physical therapy during his own rehab stints in high school and enjoys helping other ‘athletes’ of all ages and types get back to being their best and healthiest selves. He enjoys helping people and has found that a combination of building trusting relationships, hands-on treatment and effective exercises can do wonders for anyone’s well being. Ian is the father of 3 beautiful girls and enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, fishing, hiking and being outdoors when it’s not unbearably hot. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Ian is an avid Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Mariners fan.


Salman Ashraf

Salman is an Arizona native, who originally grew up in Sierra Vista. After graduating from the University of Arizona, #BearDown, he moved to the valley where he completed PT school at A.T. Still University. He has always been known to put others needs in front of his own, which is where he believes his dedication for physical therapy has stemmed from.
His passions outside the clinic include being an Amateur Garage Olympic Weightlifter, an 18+ handicap golfer, and has recently added the title dog-dad to his mantle. Come meet him at our North Mesa location and do us the favor and pretend to laugh at his jokes.


Karen L. Bustillo

Dr. Bustillo has over forty years of experience in orthopedic, industrial, oncology and lymphedema rehabilitation. Her vision to provide one-on-one, hands on, expert care to her patients in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. She believes that each patient has goals that they want to achieve and through evaluation, manual therapy, specific exercise and education for their condition, those goals can be achieved
An advocate for the physical therapy profession, Karen has served for many years with the Arizona Physical Therapy Association to advocate for physical therapists and their patients. She currently sits on the AZ State Licensing Board as the Vice president. She has mentored many students and therapists through the years.


Ryan Peterson
PT, DPT, Cert TDN
Ryan grew up in Chandler, Arizona and attended Arizona State University where I majored in Exercise and Wellness, with a minor in Nutrition. Obtained my Doctorate in PT from Northern Arizona University's Phoenix Campus. Sports were a major component of my life, especially playing competitive baseball in Arizona. So I pursued PT to not only give back to the sports community but to make a positive impact on patient's lives. I love to make genuine connections with people and foster an environment that is hard-working and fun, so patient's enjoy coming to rehab. I am a huge Arizona Sports fan including Dbacks, Suns, Cardinals, and ASU. I love being competitive and playing slow-pitch softball, exercising, hiking, hanging out with friends and family, and watching movies.


Brandon Christie
PT, DPT, Cert. TDN
Brandon Christie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. Brandon played college soccer and had opportunities to play college football prior to injuries ending his collegiate career short. Brandon is fascinated with the biomechanics of the human body and pursuing to obtain a certification in PRI. He enjoys spending time with his wife, playing soccer in the local leagues, and golfing in his free time.


Kaitlyn Noble
PT, DPT
Kaitlyn Noble was born in Mesa Arizona and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at ASU. She was introduced to the field of physical therapy when she sought out extra-curricular activities while in high school. Kaitlyn inquired of her principle if she could complete an internship off campus for school credit and found one at a PT clinic the next day. Kaitlyn fell in love with the holistic approach to physical therapy and lack of “band-aid solutions”. Since then Kaitlyn has completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at NAU Flagstaff. Kaitlyn places great emphasis on patient education and giving patients the tools they need to be independent in their recovery.
In her free time Kaitlyn enjoys reading, listening to music, exercising, and showing strangers pictures of her two cats. Kaitlyn has a background in jiu-jitsu, ballroom dance, and possesses a varying number of house plants as they are always dying.


Emily Fung
PT, DPT
Emily was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. Emily has a background in gymnastics and cheerleading and is eager to educate and prevent sports-related injuries in this type of patient population. She is passionate about assisting individuals in their recovery process and helping them understand what their body is capable of. In her free time, Emily enjoys working out with friends, hiking, and trying new restaurants.


JJ Bercel
PT, DPT
JJ Bercel has been involved with sports medicine and strength and conditioning most of his life as a youth athlete and competitive soccer player through college. He received undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience as well as Religious Studies from the University of Arizona. Following undergrad, he decided to shift his focus back to sports medicine. After receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado, he returned to his Arizona home to begin practicing his interests in orthopedic and vestibular rehab. Outside of work he is an avid hiker and fisherman, enjoys maintaining his personal fitness, and spending quality time with his family and dog


Jackie Eadi
PT, DPT, CLT
Jackie is a New York native who received her B.S in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland before earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College. Before becoming a PT, Jackie was a medical assistant who worked in a breast care office, mostly working with people with breast cancer. She has a special interest in Oncology and had an article published in Rehabilitation Oncology Journal on Breast Cancer and Aquatic Therapy. Jackie is an avid sports fan, especially Syracuse Orange! She loves traveling/exploring, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs.


Miche Nakata
PT, DPT
Miche was born and raised in Chandler, AZ. She graduated from Arizona State University with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. She has a passion for working with the special needs population and with her interest in human anatomy, decided she wanted to become a physical therapist. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, going to her cabin in Payson, playing the piano, and spending time with her friends and family.


Cherish Meador
PT, DPT
Cherish is a 3rd generation Arizona native who grew up in Chandler, Az. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Az. Before becoming a physical therapist, Cherish worked with certified lymphedema therapists as an assistant. She loves working with people and her passion is to help those in her community get back to being independent in their daily activities. When not at work, Cherish spends her free time with her husband of 15 years and their 3 kids. They all love sports, traveling, and spending time together as a family.


Braeden Wills

Braeden grew up in Clarkdale, Arizona and participated in many different sports, especially soccer and basketball. He received my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology then graduated from Northern Arizona University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He loves paddle boarding, riding bikes, skiing, and playing board games all while spending time with his wife. Braeden enjoys helping other people succeed and return to the things they love. He believes in the body’s natural ability to overcome obstacles when the mind is put to the right task.


David Rivera
PT, DPT, ATC,
David received his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. David spent eight years working as a physical therapist in professional baseball with the Arizona Diamondback and Los Angeles Dodgers organizations. He also has ten years of experience working as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics. In addition, David is a Certified Athletic Trainer and certified in Dry Needling. In his free time David enjoys watching sports, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.


Kiara Shaw

Kiara was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She then completed her Bachelors in Pre-Physical Therapy/Exercise Science Degree at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. She loved the sun so much she had to explore another sunny oasis and found herself in San Marcos, California where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree. Kiara has a passion for helping individuals gain the confidence and the knowledge to learn how to take care of their body to improve their quality of life. She has career interests in womens health/pelvic floor. She enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and spending time with family and friends!


Connor Weeks

Connor is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He and his wife are parents to the best two little boys. Connor received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. He's always had a passion for health and fitness, so becoming a physical therapist was a natural progression for him. After graduation, he has enjoyed working with the orthopedic population emphasizing functional movement through biomechanics modification and exercise. He enjoys all things sports, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.


Karen A. Thomas

Certified Hand Therapist
Karen Thomas has 40 years experience as a hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She specializes in evaluation and treatment of patients with fractures, nerve injuries, tendonosis, laceration and repair of tendons and nerves, osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, crush injuries and trauma. Karen has advanced training in custom fabricated splinting of the upper extremity, joint protection techniques and ergonomics. She is certified in Kinesio taping.
Ms. Thomas is highly dedicated to her profession and continuing her education to treat upper extremity injuries.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her cutting horses, dogs and husband.


Scot McCoy

Scot graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and then the University of Puget Sound with his Master of Occupational Therapy degree. He has been a Certified Hand Therapist for 35 years. He especially enjoys patient contact and treating the wide spectrum of injuries and diagnosis that can impact hands and the upper extremity. He grew up in Phoenix and enjoys strength training, biking, and golfing. He loves spending time with his wife and two adult children.


Rachael Safran

I am a physical therapist assistant with over 5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting. I earned my Associate Degree in Applied Science / Physical Therapist Assistant from Carrington College in Mesa, AZ. I went on to further my knowledge in many certification's including vestibular, orthopedics, and myofascial treatments. I am a native to Arizona and love to be outside playing with my border collie and deepening my yoga practice on my free time. I am a very outgoing and down to earth person and excited for this new chapter in my life with ROC Physical Therapy.


Collin Teague

Collin was born in Texas but moved to Arizona at a young age. He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and his Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from GateWay Community College. He has a passion for learning more about human anatomy and physiology. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, staying active, snowboarding, and spending time with his friends and family.


Kylie Grant

Kylie was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She received her Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, and her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Her interests include outpatient orthopedics, where she can help patients understand the benefits of exercise. Kylie realized her desire to be a physical therapist assistant in high school by participating in sports, and taking sports medicine and anatomy classes. She also has coaching experience in swimming, and loves to be able to help athletes get ready for competitions. She translates that passion into therapy by wanting to help patients progress and regain their level of function.


Amy Terhune

Amy is a certified LMT, PTA and licensed in lymphedema, PWR, and rock tape. She has been treating lymphedema patients for the past 7 years. She is excited for her new transition into outpatient care and to work more one on one with lymphedema patients vs inpatient rehab care. She looks forward to growing with the company and always learning more about lymphedema to better help our patients.


Luis Torres

Luis was born in Cali, Colombia and has lived in Arizona since he was young. He graduated from ASU with a Bachelors in Exercise and Wellness, and Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assisting at Gateway Community College. This summer he will start a Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Tufts University. He enjoys helping patients return to their function and goals in various ways with experience in outpatient orthopedics of 4 years. In his free time he likes to spend time with his wife, 2 kids, and play soccer.


Taylor Lemley

Taylor was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She received her Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting, as well as her Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Taylor has a passion for helping patients gain meaningful knowledge that will help push them to become the best version of themselves. She enjoys being active and is looking forward to returning back to the warmth and sunshine after spending the last 5 years in the bitter cold of Idaho and Washington.

Payden Zufelt is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He grew up in Winslow Arizona and enjoys the outdoors as well as an active lifestyle. He found his passion for the field of Physical Therapy while working as a Clinical Assistant for 3 years, where he met both Randy and Stanton.
