Randy Brimhall

Owner
Randy Brimhall earned his doctorate from Midwestern University, a prestigious medical and science institution in Downers Grove, IL. During his doctoral studies, he discovered a passion for outpatient physical therapy, seamlessly integrating his love for sports and fitness with advanced manual therapy techniques such as dry needling and spinal manipulation, alongside a specialization in vestibular rehabilitation.
Randy has dedicated his career to sports rehabilitation, including part-time work with the Milwaukee Brewers, and has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedic care. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending quality time with his three children.
Stanton Urling

Stanton Urling holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Arizona. His professional expertise includes orthopedic care, manual therapy techniques, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Outside of his professional life, Stanton enjoys spending time with his family, serving the community, playing racquetball, and exploring the outdoors.
Blake Scoresby

Blake has been involved in the physical therapy community since he sustained a wrestling injury while in high school. Since that time, he has worked in multiple physical therapy clinics with a specific interest in orthopedics and sports medicine/rehab. He received a degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. He is also a nationally certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has a specific interest and passion in sports rehab and helping patients of all ages and skill return to the sports and activities they love. He is an Arizona native and has lived in the valley for all but 5 years of his life. He believes that family is the most important thing in life and spends the majority of his spare time with his wife and 2 daughters doing anything and everything they can exploring the great outdoors.
Tyler Miskin

Tyler graduated from ASU with a Bachelor's degree in exercises health and wellness and his Doctorate from A.T. Still University. he is also certified in Dry needling. Since graduating he has found an interest in outpatient orthopedic care with an emphasis in return to sport and post op rehab. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, rock climbing, and playing pickle ball.
Ian Stover

Ian graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from NAU - Phoenix and has continued his education with specialized training in dry needling, cupping, blood flow restriction, and manual techniques. He has experience treating a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, TMJ, low back pain, knee issues, and a range of nerve-related conditions. As a former baseball player, Ian especially enjoys working with baseball and softball athletes. He is passionate about helping “athletes” of all ages and types return to their best and healthiest selves.
Ian loves helping people and has found that building trusting relationships, combined with hands-on treatment and effective exercises, can do wonders for anyone’s well-being. A father of four, Ian enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, camping, hiking, and being outdoors.
Salman Ashraf

Salman has practiced physical therapy at ROC since 2021. He has completed extensive courses and mentorship programs to serve a movement-focused demographic, using manual techniques like neural and visceral manipulation, and evaluating the full kinetic chain to improve muscle engagement. Salman takes a holistic approach to complex cases.
He is especially passionate about treating ACL and knee injuries, whether helping patients avoid surgery or recover post-surgery to return to sports. Salman emphasizes the often-overlooked mid- to late-stage rehab, including strength, plyometrics, and confidence in agility, guiding athletes back to pre-injury performance.
Certified in Dry Needling through the Spinal Manipulation Institute and TPI-certified, Salman can assess and address swing characteristics affected by mobility restrictions as defined by the Titleist Performance Institute.
Gabriel Brooks

Dr. Brooks is a board-certified specialist in Sports Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience working with athletes of all levels from professional to Olympic to recreational. He earned his Manual Therapy Certification at the prestigious University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and performs manual manipulative therapy and dry needling treatments in the comprehensive rehabilitation of sports injuries.
In addition to his busy clinical practice, he has served as President of the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists and has published several articles on the management of musculoskeletal injuries. He served as an editor for the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery and is an invited speaker both internationally and at home in the United States. He has a clinical interest is in restoration of both post-operative and non-operative disorders of the shoulder and elbow.
Nick Griffith

Nick graduated from Loma Linda University in 2011 and subsequently relocated to Arizona in 2012 to advance his career. With a profound passion for orthopedics and sports medicine, his treatment approach is characterized by a hands-on approach mixed with an emphasis on functional outcomes. He is a Board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and prides himself on creating a personalized treatment plan for each patient. Utilizing an array of clinical tools, such as dry needling, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue or just good, old fashioned therapeutic massage, there is a beneficial treatment available for all conditions and all patients. Specific clinical passions include treating neck pain and headaches, though there is not any pain or dysfunction that is not treatable!
Nick lives locally in Gilbert with his wife, Alicia, and their son, Trey, sharing his home with two dogs named Tripp and Tatum. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds joy in riding his e-bike, camping, kayaking, cheering for his favorite sports teams, and embarking on travel adventures with his family.
Brandon Christie

Brandon is an Arizona native that received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. He is a former collegiate soccer player that continues to play in local leagues in the Valley. He is in the process of obtaining a PRI certification that focuses on postural respiration and pelvic restoration. He has a passion in correcting biomechanics to increase sport specific efficiency and to prevent reoccurring injuries.
Ryan Peterson
PT, DPT, Cert. TDN
Ryan was born and raised in Arizona, attending ASU for bachelor's degree and NAU for his doctorate's degree. He believes in the power of movement and utilizing functional planes to stretch and strengthen the body to achieve goals and return to a healthy lifestyle. Ryan has training working with the overhead athlete and as a former competitive baseball player, enjoys getting players from all ages back on the field. This also includes more common shoulder pathologies such as shoulder impingement, bursitis, or tendinitis. Manual therapy is an important aspect to his care utilizing techniques such as; Dry Needling, IASTM, and PNF techniques to improve tissue health and enhance the mind-muscle connection. Ryan loves working with people from all walks of life and values the importance of personalized care to get to know his patient's. He has certifications in TDN and Spinal Manipulation Therapy. Ryan enjoys staying active, playing recreational softball and golfing. When he is at home, he loves watching the Diamondbacks, Suns, and Cardinals with his girlfriend and dog.
Emily Fung

​Emily was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. She graduated from the University of Arizona (Bear Down!!!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. Emily has a background in gymnastics and cheerleading and grew up playing a variety of sports with her siblings. She enjoys treating individuals with an active lifestyle and finds joy in getting them back their hobbies. In addition to helping individuals reach their goals in the realm of physical therapy, she also coaches at F45 and assists members in their fitness and nutrition journey. In her free time, Emily enjoys working out with friends, trying out new restaurants and taking unnecessary trips to TJMaxx and Target.
Miche Nakata
PT, DPT
Miche is an Arizona native, born and raised in Chandler, AZ. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. She enjoys working with patients at any stage of life and of all levels helping them get back to doing what they love. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting with particular interest in vertigo, headaches, dry needling and post-surgical conditions. She also has many years of experience working with the special needs population and welcomes everyone as her patients. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, going to her cabin in Payson, and playing the piano.
Braeden Wills

Braeden grew up in Clarkdale, Arizona and participated in many different sports, especially soccer and basketball. He received my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology then graduated from Northern Arizona University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He loves paddle boarding, riding bikes, skiing, and playing board games all while spending time with his wife. Braeden enjoys helping other people succeed and return to the things they love. He believes in the body’s natural ability to overcome obstacles when the mind is put to the right task.
David Rivera

David received his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. David spent eight years working as a physical therapist in professional baseball with the Arizona Diamondback and Los Angeles Dodgers organizations. He also has ten years of experience working as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics. In addition, David is a Certified Athletic Trainer and certified in Dry Needling. In his free time David enjoys watching sports, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Connor Weeks
PT, DPT
Connor is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He and his wife are parents to the best two little boys. Connor received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. He's always had a passion for health and fitness, so becoming a physical therapist was a natural progression for him. After graduation, he has enjoyed working with the orthopedic population emphasizing functional movement through biomechanics modification and exercise. He enjoys all things sports, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
Jolee Clement
PT, DPT
Jolee lived in Kansas City, MO before moving to AZ in 2023. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Microbiology and Physics of Medicine at Rockhurst University, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. She is certified in dry needling and enjoys working with athletes and orthopedic aftercare. When not working, Jolee enjoys all things outdoors (hiking, hunting, fishing), spending time with her fiancé, puppy, 3 cats, bouldering, and watching/obsessing over Kansas City Football.
Katie Goldsack

Katie was born and raised in Burbank, California. She moved to Arizona to pursue her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and a doctorate degree in physical therapy at Northern Arizona University. She has 6 years of experience working in the outpatient setting and is certified in dry needling. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and conditions, with particular interests in general orthopedics, sports, and post-surgical conditions. Katie is a strong believer that improved function is obtained by movement and ensures her patients get the best quality of care. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, watching shows/movies, and playing with her dog, Milo.
Megan Jerome
PT, DPT
Megan was born and raised in Arizona and grew up playing soccer, which she continued to play through the first couple of years of college at Northern Arizona University. Growing up around athletics, Megan found a love with how the body moves and is continually seeking opportunities to learn how to maintain optimal performance and function at any age. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University, Phoenix Biomedical Campus in 2017 and has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic field for six and half years. She has completed courses for Trigger Point Dry Needling and an Orthopedic Manual Therapist. When Megan is not working, you can find her traveling, listening to Frank Sinatra, and spending time with family and friends.
Taylor Shockley

Taylor is an Arizona native who grew up in the East Valley. She attended Arizona State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness. Shortly after, she moved on to A.T. Still University, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In her free time, she loves to draw, paint, hike, paddle board, and spend time with friends and family.
Regina Monaco,

Dr. Regina Monaco, PT, DPT, CSCS, cert DN grew up in northern California running, playing volleyball and water skiing. She took her love for fitness and became a personal trainer after obtaining her Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University. She soon realized she wanted to turn her passion into a career and obtained her doctorate in physical therapy from A. T. Still University. Soon after she completed an orthopedic residency from the same university. Finally, she rounded out her specialization by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She has been practicing in an outpatient orthopedic setting for 15 years, finding joy in restoring people to an active lifestyle where they can life their best life possible.
Tesla Morgan

Tesla is an Arizona native, growing up in Kingman and recently settling in the valley. She has been a physical therapist assistant for 8 years working in various settings, mostly outpatient orthopedics and skilled nursing facilities. She has a passion for people, building relationships, and promoting health/ wellness.
Tesla has two boys, who are 9 and 5 years old. They like to spend their time outdoors and in the sun and are involved in Arizona soccer club year round. In her free time, she loves some good DIY/ home projects and being active.

Scot McCoy earned his BS degree at Arizona State University and his Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Washington. He has over 3 decades experience as an Occupational Therapist including neurological and orthopedic diagnosis and holds a specialty as a Certified Hand Therapist treating any type of hand/ wrist /elbow and upper extremity diagnosis. He has treated many complex injuries of the upper extremity and has skills in manual therapy and post operative care and advanced custom splint fabrication. Outside of his professional endeavors he enjoys weight lifting, hiking, biking and family time.
Taylor Lemley

Taylor was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She received her Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting, as well as her Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Taylor has a passion for helping patients gain meaningful knowledge that will help push them to become the best version of themselves. She enjoys being active and is looking forward to returning back to the warmth and sunshine after spending the last 5 years in the bitter cold of Idaho and Washington.
Collin Teague

Collin completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and his Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Gateway Community College. He has been working for 2 years with experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. He is trained in return to sport for orthopedic aftercare but enjoys working with all populations and variety of conditions. During his time off from work, he enjoys bouldering and snowboarding (whenever there is snow).
Tiffany Banda

Tiffany Banda grew up in Midvale, Utah. She earned her PTA degree from Salt Lake Community College. She has been a PTA for 12 years, starting her career in Iowa and gaining experience in Illinois before settling in Arizona. While most of her background is in an inpatient setting, she has enjoyed transitioning to outpatient care. Tiffany has lived in Arizona for six years and loves the sunny weather.
Growing up, her favorite sport was basketball. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two sons. In her free time, Tiffany loves cooking, baking, watching movies, spending time outdoors, and planning parties. Her dream is to travel to Europe and take a cruise to the Caribbean.
Tatianna Ashurst

A dedicated athlete throughout her youth and young adulthood, Tatianna has remained passionate about strengthening and healing the body. She was born and raised in Tempe, and recently returned to Arizona after living in Northern California for over 10 years. In 2016, she graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, having also completed her Pilates Mat and Reformer Training and taught Pilates during her studies.
In 2021, she graduated from the PTA program at Mendocino College in Ukiah, California, and then worked at an outpatient orthopedic facility specializing in hands-on therapy techniques. Tatianna recalls an unwavering commitment to the principles of physical therapy, highlighting the promotion of physical health and prevention of injury, and helping people heal from injury and pain.
Tatianna’s postgraduate courses include Modern Management of the Older Adult and Pregnancy/Postpartum for the Fitness Athlete, both provided by the Institute of Clinical Excellence. One of her main goals as a clinician is to delve deeper into pelvic health and provide wellness and postpartum care for women. When she is not at the clinic, she is very busy chasing around her two young children and spending time with family.

Payden Zufelt is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He grew up in Winslow Arizona and enjoys the outdoors as well as an active lifestyle. He found his passion for the field of Physical Therapy while working as a Clinical Assistant for 3 years, where he met both Randy and Stanton.
